02. Multiple health testing functions
Multiple health testing functions include height, weight, vision, BMI, ECG, blood pressure, blood glucose, body temperature, blood oxygen, blood lipids, body composition, Chinese medicine’s nine lines of qualities, and so on.
Height/weight measurement
• Don’t move or shake your body during the measurement.
• Avoid looking down or tilting your head.
• Both feet must be within the testing area (where the footprints are). Standing outside the boundary may prevent the measurement from being taken.
Blood pressure measurement
• Thick clothing on the measurement area may affecthe results. Please remove your jacket and smooth out the sleeve of the area to be tested.
• During the measurement, avoid moving or talking, and maintain steady breathing.
Body temperature measurement
• Ensure there is no sweat or hair covering the forehead.
• Bring your forehead close to the temperature sensing area, about 5-10 cm away, to begin measurement.
Body composition measurement
• Hold both sides of the metal sensor with both hands.
• Grip strength should be moderate.
• Relax your body.
ECG measurement
• Clean the electrode pads with alcohol and apply a small amount of conductive gel to the skin.
• Remain still, avoid talking, and breathe naturally during the measurement.
• Do not wear watches, jewelry, or other accessories.
Blood oxygen saturation measurement
Please clip the pulse oximeter onto your finger (it is recommended to use the right index finger), with the fingertip facing the side where the connecting cable is. Keep still during the measurement.
